Hey there everyone, first let me introduce myself. I am from Quebec province in Canada ( Sorry for my bad/sloppy english btw )
I grew with the love of europeans cars, I owned several BMWs, Audis and VWs.*

Then, one of my friend introduced me to "Volvo" I thought these car were grandpas boring, comfy saloon rubish for any sporty car enthusiast.
Well I was wrong ! I fell in love with my friend v70 T5M. So, I started to search for a s70/v70 t5 with a 5 speed manual... I then understood*
that these car were pretty rare in manual trans. But then I found this 1998 s70 T5M It was almost 200 miles away from my location and had about 370,000 kms on the clock but I couldnt resist. I went there by bus with cash in hands test drove the car and it felt like a charm so I made the run back with her.

Here it is in its stock form :*

    With my buddy's v70 T5M :

Then I grabbed this RIP kit with an HKS SSQV, OBX turboback exhaust and a gauge setup :

Spotted some nice Volvo Mirzam for sale so I grabbed them :

    With my mother's s60 2.5t AWD

Got rid of the rust on the driver's door.

I then thought I was done with modding the car... But few weeks later I felt the car missed some power, wouldnt accelerate like it did when I got it so I did a comp test results were : 165 169 165 168 112. After a lot of research, time for an RN swap, found a 2006 b5254t2 with "R" internals and only 90k miles on it, reached for "Lucky" from ARD and got few parts. Here are the pictures :*

The swap is actually being completed, engine is in, car is almost ready for his first startup with his new heart !
Cant wait to ride my swedish beauty again !

    I'll keep this thread updated

(P.S, si jamais le fait que ce post soit en anglais dérange et/ou contrevient aux règles du forum faites moi le savoir merci )
