2007 V70 jack placement with sub

How does the jack and other pieces fit in this foam piece? It's a 2007 V70 with subwoofer. I bought it used and noticed the cover panel in the trunk wasn't laying flat. The jack just seems to have been "thrown in", not really secured. Does anyone have a photo (or can take a photo) of how this is supposed to fit in so that it's secured (serré) and my panel is flat? I can't find a pic or diagram ANYWHERE in the car, manual or even online!!
