Help Chip/rolling fenders/body work

ive been looking for a place to chip my 2002 volvo s60 t5 and cant find one if anyone knows of a place that do them please let me know.
rolling fenders i asked a couple places they all told me no..
must be someone here that can do it for me?
minor scratchhes need to be repainted.
